From our fully equipped engineering workshop we provide a comprehensive mechanical repair and rewind service, We manufacture motor shafts and worn bearing housings on site, giving us greater control of the job and delivery timescale.
Rather than simply repairing your equipment, our skilled engineers establish the underlying cause of failure. By considering the cost of the repair, the energy efficiency of the equipment, its probable life span and the potential cost of further outages, we can offer informed cost benefit analysis to help you establish whether to repair or replace your equipment.
Our 24 hour, 365 days a year manned telephone service ensures that we are able to offer an effective 24 hour ‘Emergency Service’ when the need arises. For the occasions when the urgency is not so great our standard 5 day service is offered.

We Repair:
AC & DC Motors
Elemoto specialise in the repair, sourcing and supply of electric motors. We use quality bearings and manufacturers spares where possible. We are able to engineer new components if required.
We can support and assist your planned maintenance schedules and help you to complete tasks when down time is limited. Extensive stocks of new motors held.
Servo Motors & Drives
AC & DC servo and stepper motor repaired. Encoder and tacho repairs and sales. Obsolete encoders manufactured. Encoder ‘Health Checks’ available. Inverter drives repairs and sales.
Brake Motors
Elemoto repair, all the major brand brake motors and electro mechanical clutch units from the major manufacturer including: Lenze, KEB, Mayr and Stromag. This includes cranes, hoists & lift motors. Load and test certification can be provided if required.
Ventilation & Extract Fans
Elemoto repair and refurbish: heating & ventilation fan deck assemblies, centrifugal fans, bi-furcated fans, radial fans and forced ventilation units. We undertake fan deck refurbishments using new motors and impellers when required.
We can provide a full service on both the fan and the electric motor on air handling units. Site services are available.
Pumps
Elemoto offer a full repair facility on all manufacturers and all pump types including: submersible pumps, vacuum pumps, multi-stage pumps, centrifugal pumps and coolant pumps. Manufacturer’s spares used where possible. New pumps and mechanical seals available from stock.
Gearboxes
We can offer a complete service and overhaul facility on gearboxes. A gear cutting service can be provided if required. Elemoto can also offer gearboxes from all the manufacturers.

Rewinds
Elemoto is a fully authorised Siemens LV rewind facility. Because all our motor rewinds and rebuilds are completed in-house using the best high temperature materials, we offer a fully warrantied, fast track rewind service. Our expert team identify and report the cause of failure and recommend measures to prevent a re-occurrence and offer a repair or replace lifecycle cost assessment to ensure you optimise your ROI.
